QVA (Quality Virtual Assistant) Services is located in the Washington, DC, Metro Area and is owned and operated by Rene Minvielle. We provide administrative assistance to small businesses and corporations across the United States. Services include editing and formatting of training materials, presentations, and manuscripts; scheduling and calendar assistance; meeting planning; technical assistance with QuickBooks and MS Office applications; travel arrangements; invoicing and bookkeeping; and general business management. Ms. Minvielle founded the company in 2010 and has steadily grown the business each year. She has more than 30 years of administrative experience.

Who We Are
Prior to founding QVA Services, Ms. Minvielle served as the Manager of Administration for McKinley Group, Inc., from 1997 until 2010. Responsibilities included the day-to-day operation of the business, financial management, scheduling, conference and meeting management, and vendor relations. She provided support for all phases of every project, including research, proofreading, editing, formatting (layout and design), production of any instruments developed for facilitation/consulting services, data entry, logistical arrangements for staff and consultant travel, delivery of materials, telephone interviews, focus groups, and workshops.
Before joining McKinley Group in 1997, Ms. Minvielle held similar positions at Engle Training and Design Group, Inc. (Arlington, Virginia), Home Innovations/R.A. Briggs (Lake Zurich, Illinois), and Data Center Design and Development Corporation (Palatine, Illinois).
Ms. Minvielle is proficient in several computer software programs including the full Microsoft Office Suite, WordPerfect, and QuickBooks. She holds an MBA in Marketing from Northern Illinois University, after having received a BBA degree in Business Management with a minor in Spanish from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas.
